WHO WE ARE: For more than 20 years, Kollin Altomare Architects has designed and reimagined luxury properties in over 25 states and four countries. Early on, we developed a knack for hospitality design, which evolved into a specialty—and now a growing reputation. But we’ve also made our mark in luxury residential, retail, and mixed-use.

With offices in Long Beach and Chicago, our talented and diverse staff of architects and designers has contributed to more than 120 skylines with projects spanning the globe. We are proud to have been involved in the design and renovation of over 350 hospitality & leisure projects for an array of notable clients such as Fairmont, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, Loews Hotels, Marriott, Montage, Renaissance, The Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton, Strategic Hotels, Viceroy, and Westin.
