Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Businesses with 50 or more employees are required by California law to provide two hours of interactive sexual harassment and abusive conduct training every two years to their managers and supervisors who work in the State of California; newly hired and newly promoted supervisors must receive this training within six months of assuming a supervisor position. This training is also recommended for all management training person­nel, regardless of the number of persons employed. This two-hour management training program fulfills the mandated sexual harassment supervisor training requirement for California.
