DESCRIPTION:Businesses with 50 or more employees are required by California law to provide two hours of interactive sexual harassment and abusive conduct training every two years to their managers and supervisors who work in the State of California\; newly hired and newly promoted supervisors must receive this training within six months of assuming a supervisor position. This two-hour management training program fulfills the mandated sexual harassment supervisor training requirement for California. Complimentary Continental Breakfast and Registration will begin at 8:30a.m. Free self-parking at each individual event location. This program has been submitted to HR Certification Institute to review. Clark & Trevithick is a State Bar of California MCLE Provider. This program offers 1. 75 hours MCLE credit for attorneys.
