Now might seem like an odd time to think about Workforce Development. But if you’re in a Leadership position, this is one of the most important things you should be thinking about.
When your employees come back, it will be like a football team coming back after the off-season. No matter how great they were before, it's like having all new players. They have to get used to working with each other again and get back in shape.
