First Community Job and Resource Fair Anaheim Corridor Workforce and Youth Development Initiative
The Long Beach Cruisers are hosting the Anaheim Corridor Workforce and Youth Development Initiative. This job and career fair is designed to provide career/job resource needs to men, women, and children living and/or working along this community.

The Long Beach Cruisers are a six member Neighborhood Leadership Program (NLP) https://longbeach.gov/lbcd/hn/ leadership/ group (and 1 of 4 groups in the Class of 2026). Also, NLP is free to participants and is offered by the City of Long Beach Housing and Neighborhood Services Bureau. Applications are accepted in the Fall and more information can be found on their site.
NLP is a five (5) month multilingual program and assists the grassroots efforts of residents. This program also provides the skills, knowledge and resources required to make a difference in the quality of life in our community.
This program will help:
· Improve your communication skills
· Recognize the benefits of diversity
· Create innovative solutions for improving your neighborhood
· Identify resources and partnerships
· Apply for grants
· Plan and complete a community project
· Gain confidence as a public speaker
