This job and career fair is designed to provide career/job resource needs to men\, women\, and children living and/or working along this community. \n\n\n\nJob resources and opportunities from local employers and agencies that\n\nsupport workforce development efforts will be featured.\n\n\n\nSign up here!\n\n\n\nThe Neighborhood Leadership Program (NLP) is free to participants and is offered by the City of Long Beach Housing and Neighborhood Services Bureau. This five (5) month multilingual program assists grassroots residents and provides you with the skills\, knowledge and resources you need to make a difference in the quality of life in our community.\n\nThis program will help:\n\n\n	Improve your communication skills\n	Recognize the benefits of diversity\n	Create innovative solutions for improving your neighborhood\n	Identify resources and partnerships\n	Apply for grants\n	Plan and complete a community project\n	Gain confidence as a public speaker\n\n\nMeet Long Beach decision-makers:\n\n\n	Mayor and City Council\n	Community\, Government and Non-Profit Leaders\n	Neighborhood Leadership Program Alumni
