Carolyn Caldwell is the President and CEO of Dignity Health St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach. A Medical Technologist by training, Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Alabama A&M University in Zoology and Chemistry and her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University.

Carolyn is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry who has always had a passion for working with communities of vulnerable and under-represented populations. Her corporate leadership success has led her to receive numerous accolades throughout her career including; The 2016 Steve Chase 100 Women Award, Palm Springs Life 2016 Women in Business Award, and many others.
