Trashion Show

Local Artist Amy Bauer (founder of Fun-A-Day-LA) partners with the Jewel Box Children’s Theater for Free Trash to Fashion Show in Long Beach. “Trashion Show”, a California Creative Corps funded public workshop series and fashion show, creates wearable art from discarded materials. (Long Beach, CA) Artist Amy Bauer and The Jewel Box Children’s Theater Company present a free “Trashion Show” on June 9, 2024 at the Long Beach Playhouse, 5021 E. Anaheim Street in Long Beach. Doors open at 6:30pm. The show is a culmination of their series of free workshops transforming discarded materials into wearable art; attending a workshop is not a requirement to take part in or view the “Trashion Show”.
