LA Coast PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)
Our goal is to serve the seniors in our community with better quality and compassion through comprehensive services that are designed to keep them living in their homes. We develop a care plan specific to their needs, giving them the peace of mind knowing that there is a full team supporting them and their family to reach their care goals. LA Coast PACE offers support to caregivers, along with the peace of mind that care needs are being met by a team of experienced professionals that are passionate about serving seniors.
