About Us

Tranzitions Consulting provides individual life plans and interactive group learning experiences for neurodiverse teens and young adults as they prepare for life beyond high school, whether going to college, entering into the workforce or a more independent living situation. In addition, we offer school consultations, professional development opportunities, and parent workshops.
