The Nonprofit Partnership (Partnership) is a nonprofit management support organization with a vision of successful nonprofits supporting thriving communities. The Partnership works with local organizations to strengthen their foundation and help them grow through a variety of support services including: 100+ educational courses, consulting, peer networks, coaching, and organizational development. In addition, the Partnership has become the regional source for convening of the nonprofit sector to share ideas and information, build and strengthen partnership, and advocate for the sector.

Since our inception in 1993, the Partnership has become a place of support for those committed to the nonprofit sector. At its inception, the Nonprofit Partnership was conceived as a service organization to the nonprofits located within the city of Long Beach. Over the course of time, the organization was called upon to serve nonprofits in a larger area than simply the city limits of Long Beach. Over the years, thousands of nonprofit professionals, board members, volunteers and staff have received the resources that they needed to be successful and thrive.

We serve nonprofit and community organizations in over 35 cities across Southern California with a focus on Long Beach, the South Bay and Gateway Cities.
