About Us

The Pacific Merchant Shipping Association was created to improve efficiencies and support the profitability of the maritime industry by being a leader in creating industrty and community consensus on issues in support of international commerce. The Association addresses the maintenance and improvement of the environment, and builds goodwill and enhanced communications with the surrounding community affected by waterborne commerce.
