About Us

Harbor Regional Center is a non-profit corporation that provides services to persons with developmental disabilities. We have a main office based in Torrance, as well as a satellite office in Long Beach, both of which houses a Family Resource Center that is available to the community. In all, we serve over 17,000 infants, children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities.
