About Us
Harbor Regional Center is a non-profit corporation that provides services to persons with developmental disabilities. We have a main office based in Torrance and a satellite office in Long Beach, both of which house a Family Resource Center that is available to the community. We serve over 19,000 infants, children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities.
