He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder (CFA) who received a B.S. in Biopsychology and a B.A. in Global & International Studies from UC Santa Barbara. David's community and professional commitments include sitting on the boards of both Long Beach BLAST (Better Learning for All Students Today) and The Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also one of the founding 25 members of the CFA Society of Long Angeles's Wealth Management League.
