This session provides a practical overview of how to identify and classify waste\, determine its regulatory status\, and manage it in accordance with both Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations and California-specific hazardous waste rules. Attendees will gain clarity on the types of waste that fall under each category and the key distinctions in how each must be handled.\n\nThis presentation will guide participants through the waste determination process\, storage and labeling requirements\, generator-specific responsibilities\, and essential recordkeeping practices.
