We're thrilled to bring our comprehensive medical and social care model to seniors across the South Bay and Westside region.\n\n						\n\n						Join us on Friday\, July 17 for our virtual ribbon-cutting and to learn more about our program and Home PACE model of care. Log-in for a pre-celebration at 10:45 a.m. PST and our ribbon-cutting ceremony will commence at 11 a.m. PST.\n\n						\n\n						Be sure to RSVP to access the online celebration! Event details will be sent once you kindly register by July 15.
