With over 57 years of service to Southern California\, CCEJ is recognized by businesses\, schools\, colleges\, universities\, community organizations\, and government agencies as a leading expert in the areas of anti-bias education\, youth leadership development\, juvenile diversion\, and Restorative Justice training & coaching. CCEJ trained over 2\,600 adults and 1\,800 students in 2019. We're excited to share that we are recruiting for illume: Restorative Culture Shift Institute. illume is a 6-month learning journey through core knowledge and skills for using Restorative Practices in a range of settings including K-12 schools\, colleges & universities\, nonprofits\, workplaces\, government agencies\, and community settings. Through trainings\, self-directed practice\, and coaching calls\, participants in illume will grow as Restorative Justice practitioners. Folks with a wide range of experience with Restorative Justice practices are welcomed to apply.
