Through affordable\, high quality services capacity-building programs\, collaborative learning\, resource development\, networking\, tailored consulting\, and year-round workshops TNP helps organizations thrive. \n\nMichelle joined TNP in 2016 after 11 years with the YMCA of Orange County. Her nonprofit career spans social services\, education\, fundraising\, and youth and family programming. She is passionate about collaboration and about building the capacity of nonprofit and public sector leaders so they can create positive\, lasting change. Under her leadership\, TNP focuses on bridging connections and fostering partnerships that strengthen the entire Long Beach community.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCarrie Eldridge is the Campaign Manager for Long Beach Gives. For 20 years she built a successful career in sales while simultaneously dedicating a decade to nonprofit service with the AOC7 neighborhood group\, where she now serves on the board. A Long Beach resident of 25 years\, Carrie is passionate about strengthening the community she calls home. She's also the proud mom of three and a dog rescuer.\n\n \n\n\nAfter the program\, enjoy dedicated networking time where every attendee will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business with a 30-second elevator pitch.\n\n\n\nWhether you're looking to expand your network\, promote your business\, or gain useful insights\, this luncheon is a perfect way to stay engaged and visible in the Long Beach business community.
