About Us

501(c)3 born in April 2026 to bring accessible, sensitive and affordable mental healthcare to adults who are neurodivergent. We are a team of Licensed Mental Health Providers, Associates, Interns, Trainees and California Certified Peer Support Specialists providing in-office and virtual support to clients in California. We provide sensitivity and communication training for other nonprofits who serve the low needs, high functioning neuro-complex community. We believe that mental healthcare extends beyond talk therapy, as many folks with ADHD and ASD struggle with feelings identification and social exchange. Somatic strategies like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are additional strategies we incorporate into our trainings, workshops, group therapies, and individual/group/couples/relationship therapies. We currently take the following insurances: Cigna, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare-Medicare and offer sliding scale.
